What the repair shop software does
Intake, repair workflow, spare parts, customer notifications, reports and branches — in one place.

The software follows a repair from the moment the customer brings the device in to the moment they collect it and pay. Below are the parts that make up the daily work of a repair shop.
Intake and paperwork
The intake form is filled in once: device, the fault as described by the customer, accessories, condition, urgency. It prints on your own letterhead, and at the end of the job you print the completed-work certificate.
Technicians at work
Repair workflow means statuses, a work log, the technician and the manager, price and payment. The job list shows what is in progress, what waits for a part and what is ready for collection.
Spare parts
Parts accounting shows stock balances, goods in and out, and which part was ordered for a specific job and when it arrived.
Customers
Notifications by email or SMS tell the customer the repair is ready. Customers can also check the status themselves with their own login.
Money and management
Reports and statistics show how many jobs were taken, done and handed over, the output of every technician and what the shop earned over a period. With several workshops, branches share one database and permissions decide who sees what.
