Reports and statistics
Jobs taken, done and handed over; output per technician, amounts and profit for a period.
At the end of the month you need three answers: how much we did, who did it and what we earned. That is what the reports are for.
Technicians and managers
For any period you can see how many jobs each technician finished and for what amount. Every employee can have their own coefficient, which helps when pay depends on output.
Shop statistics
By month, quarter, year to date or any custom period: taken in, in progress, handed over, repair amounts, the share of warranty and paid work. With several branches you get each one separately and all together.
What to do with it
- you can see where jobs get stuck: diagnostics, parts or collection;
- you can see which devices bring the most money and which bring the most trouble;
- you have numbers for a conversation with the team instead of impressions.
