1. What we receive

• Inside the software: the data our customer enters — their own customers, devices and repairs. That data belongs to them; we store it and back it up but do not use it for our own purposes.

2. Why

To answer enquiries, issue invoices and payment reminders, keep the software running and contact customers about their service. We send announcements only to customers and only about changes to the software and terms; every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

3. How long we keep it
