Which cookies the site and the software set, what they are for and how to control them.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text a site stores in your browser so it can recognise it on the next request. Without them it would be impossible, for example, to stay signed in: every page would treat you as a new visitor.
2. Which cookies we set

Both are strictly necessary: without them signing in and the contact form do not work. They travel only over a secure connection, are not readable by page scripts and are never sent to other sites.
3. No analytics, no advertising
We set no analytics counters, advertising pixels or social network buttons; no third party tracks you here. If we ever add analytics, a consent banner will appear on the site beforehand and a row will be added here naming the service and its retention period. Such cookies will not be set before you agree.
4. Cookies inside the software
The repair shop software uses the same kind of strictly necessary cookies: the sign-in session and “remember me”. They exist so that staff do not type a password on every page. Repair data is kept in the customer's database, not in cookies.
5. How to control cookies
Every browser lets you view, delete or block cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies leaves the site readable but breaks signing in and the contact form. Deleting cookies breaks nothing: you will simply be asked to sign in again.
6. Similar technologies
We use browser local storage only inside the software and only for interface details — remembering which table column you hid, for instance. Those records never leave your computer.
