Several branches and access rights

Several workshops in one database, permissions per section, separate access for customers.

With one workshop, permissions are not a question. With two or five, awkward questions appear: does the front desk see the other branch, can a technician delete a job, is everyone allowed to see the money.

Branches

All workshops share one database, but each sees its own jobs, its own stock and its own staff. The owner sees everything at once and compares branches in the statistics.

Permissions

Rights are set per group: front desk, technician, manager, owner. Every group has its own set of permissions: what to see, what to change, what to print, what to keep away from. An employee who leaves is switched off with one toggle.

Customer access

A corporate customer can be given a login that shows only their own repairs — no other jobs, no internal amounts.

You can see all of it in the demo.
