Spare parts accounting

Spare parts are money sitting on a shelf. The software shows how much of it there is, where it is and which job it was bought for.

Stock

Goods in with source and amount, goods out against a specific job, balances per branch. If a part went into a repair, you can see exactly which one.

Ordering parts

A job can carry a parts request: what was ordered, when, from whom and when it arrived. The request can be emailed to the supplier straight from the software. While the part is on its way, the job sits in the “waiting for a part” status instead of getting lost among the others.
