You pay in advance for a period — a month or a year. Prices are on the pricing page.
Reminders
A week before, three days before and on the day the paid period ends we send an email with the domain, the date and the amount.
Grace period
After the period ends the software keeps working for a few days — that is the grace period. A final warning arrives the day before it runs out.
If payment does not arrive
Access is suspended: you cannot sign in, but the data stays where it is. Once paid, access is restored the same day.
Invoices
For payment by invoice, write to us and we will issue one to your details. Ours are on the company details page.
