How it all works

The software runs in the browser. Nothing is installed on your computers and updates arrive on their own.

Your own address and database

Once you are set up you get an address like your-shop.servicecentersoft.com and a separate database. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's: every customer has their own database.

Signing in

Open your address and enter your email and password. Give each employee their own account — that way you can see who did what and limit what they can reach.

What to do first

1. add your staff and set their permissions;
2. fill in the reference data: device types, brands, statuses, repair types;
3. set up the printed forms for your shop;
4. take in the first device.

Backups

The database is backed up daily, automatically. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will restore it.
